Q. I'm having a few loading issues.
A. There could be an issue with either your internet or wireless connection, we will display status of any issues with our server but if loading problems still occur, please do contact us.
Q. When do I receive my point wins to my account.
A. We credit your points account after each game once we have verified the goal data.
Q. Ive not received my verification email after registering.
A. It could be that the email address entered was incorrect, but if this is not the case, please check your Junk mail or Trash folder. If you still cant find it, try the forgotten password link, or drop us a line using the support form, and we will re-send it to you, so you can access your account and change your password.
