Q. I'm having a few loading issues .
A. There could be an issue with either your internet or wireless connection, we will display status of any issues with our server but if loading problems still occur, please do contact us.
Q. When do I receive credit wins to my account.
A. We pay back winning to your e-wallet as quickly as possible, after we have verified the goal data. In the worst of cases, we will deposit winnings back to your account at 11.30pm when the final server processes run that night.
Q. Ive not received my verification email after registering.
A. It could be that the email address entered was incorrect, but if this is not the case, please check your Junk mail or Trash folder, as we have known these emails drop into those folders in error. If you still cant find it, try the forgotten password link, or drop us a line using the support form, and we will re-send it to you, so you can access your account and change your password.
